The Gille Brighde is Gaelic for the Oystercatcher and we feel this is a good symbol for our hard-working restaurant; the bird can be found all along the shore and adds a splash of colour to the bay of this very special little Island. We work hard to create something a little bit magical here, we source all our products carefully, we use local small businesses, we don't use packets or additives, we believe in sustainable animal production, and we love food!!

Our specialities include Canna Wild Rabbit and Lobster straight from the bay. Have a look at our menus for some ideas of what we do. Or better still come see for yourself!

The restaurant is fully Licensed for On and off Sales

Local Real Ales, Lagers and Cider - all from Scotland

Very Drinkable Wines, Prosecco and Champagne

Terrific Highlands and Islands Malt Whisky and Liqueurs, Spirits and plenty good cheer!!
